APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the increasing number of clients who do not notify us timely when they are unable to keep their appointment, we have adopted a new cancellation policy – Credit/debit card details are required at the time of booking for all new clients.

Appointments: If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must give us a 24 Hour notice. Any cancellation less than 24 hours or a NO SHOW for appointment will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee due at next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule. Late arrivals affects the entire day’s schedule and causes other clients to have longer wait times for their scheduled appointment. If we have to reschedule, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee due at next scheduled appointment.

WE OFFER A “SPA”-LIKE CALM AND SOOTHING ENVIRONMENT. IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THIS ATMOSPHERE, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU DO NOT BRING VISITORS WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, INCLUDING SMALL CHILDREN (BABIES). This is a fragrance free clinic in order to support those that are chemically sensitive.
